Our Health Plans
GBSI’s health care package offers various plans for medical, dental and vision coverage. A portion of the employee’s premium is paid by GBSI. Our plans include a company paid life and ADD plan for the employee and the employee may elect voluntary dependent life & AD&D coverage as well. We provide a company paid Short Term Disability Plan and you will have the option to elect a voluntary Long Term Disability Plan.
Retirement
Retirement benefits include a 401(k) plan with company matching up to 4% of the employee’s contribution.

GBSI offers Training and Educational Assistance programs including Tuition Reimbursement and company paid training opportunities.
