Training Terms and Conditions
Payment: We accept Purchase Orders, cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers.
Cancellations: Please notify Global Business Solutions, Inc. ten (10) or more business days in advance of your scheduled class should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This will secure transfer of your payment. Cancellation or rescheduling notifications received less than ten days prior to a scheduled class will not cancel the invoice.
Withdrawals: In the event that a student attends the first day of class and decides to withdraw, 50% tuition will be reimbursed. After the first day of class, no refund will be granted.
Changes by Global Business Solutions, Inc. (GBSI): We reserve the right to change, cancel, or reschedule any classes. All students will be notified if changes are made. If a class is cancelled by GBSI, the student will be enrolled in a later class or may choose to receive a 100% refund.
Testing: Testing vouchers are valid 1 year from purchase date.
