Course Description

A statement of work (SOW) is an important component of the project charter. In this short course, you'll learn about the characteristics of a SOW and how to develop and write an effective one. You'll discover how an SOW for an internal project differs from one written for a contracted project, and you will review various examples of SOWs and receive a template for developing your own SOW.

Virtual short courses do not include materials or headsets.
