Course Description

This is designed for IT support personnel who support Windows 7 in a wide range of environments. Students will get an understanding of the Windows 7 Troubleshooting Tools, Networking and Security. This course helps students prepare for the Exam 70-685.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students should have:
  • Solid foundation of operating the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Experience and understanding of Windows 7 operating system
  • Troubleshooting and configuration experience
  • Should be able to install Windows Server 2008
  • Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP/User Datagram Protocol (UDP), Domain Name System (DNS)
  • Fundamentals of using the 2010 or 2007 Microsoft Office system
